New to the gallery, Chris Hayman, is well known for her heavily textured, complex abstract oil paintings. As you can see from the photo above, Chris' execution of "active" and "quiet" space in a painting results in beautiful balance and a wonderful focal point for any room. Designer of this NYC apartment, Christina Murphy, loved the punch of color and interest that Hayman's painting brought to the room.
